With 20 years of experience in the wedding industry, Stacy has helped build Soundwaves into one of Pittsburgh’s largest and most trusted entertainment companies. Over those two decades, she has learned what it takes to create a wedding day that feels organized, seamless and unforgettable.
As a wife and mother of two, Stacy understands how much time, thought, emotion and love go into planning a wedding. She has a genuine passion for weddings, decorating and all the little details that bring a couple’s vision to life.
After seeing too many couples and their families spend the wedding day answering questions, managing vendors and worrying about what needs to happen next, Stacy created Soundwaves Wedding Coordination.
Her goal is simple: You’ve spent months—or even years—planning your dream wedding. When the day finally arrives, you should be celebrating, not coordinating.

Tara is entering her fourth year with Soundwaves and loves how fun and rewarding it is to help couples celebrate one of the most important days of their lives.
As a 2027 bride herself, weddings are an especially meaningful part of Tara’s life right now. Between planning her own celebration and helping Soundwaves couples enjoy theirs, she understands both the excitement of wedding planning and how important it is to have a dependable team supporting you.
Her favorite part of every wedding is experiencing the love that surrounds the couple. Watching two people celebrate their marriage with the friends and family who mean the most to them is what makes each wedding day truly special to her.
Kayla
With two years of experience as a wedding coordinator, Kayla loves being part of one of the most meaningful days in a couple’s life.
