Our Ceremony Experience

Our ceremony coverage begins approximately 30 minutes before your ceremony start time, setting the mood with light background music as your guests arrive. We’ll work with you to select the perfect songs for your wedding party to walk down the aisle, and we’ll play your chosen song as you make your grand entrance. To ensure every guest can hear the ceremony, we provide high-quality microphones and speakers. For outdoor locations, we offer convenient, battery-powered setups to keep everything running smoothly.

We had one request for our DJ when discussing our wedding, don’t let the party stop and keep the dance floor moving. Soundwaves Event Group 100% followed through on it! The dance floor was packed the entire night! Not only did they have the perfect combination of music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner. They were also incredible on the mic and kept the flow of the night going smoothly. We also added on some up lighting, a monogram, and dancing on a cloud and they were the perfect extra touches! Jim and Stacy went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. We had some last minute changes due to family problems, and they handled it with ease. They were so kind and truly so easy to work with throughout the planning process and through the whole wedding day! From the very beginning of wedding planning i knew that booking Soundwaves would be one of my best decisions for our wedding ceremony and reception. Stacy’s quick responses and great communication made me feel so relaxed and taken care of. We worked with Jacob and his team for wedding day, and let me tell you. We could NOT have asked for better! Everything ran extremely smooth from the start of the ceremony to the end of the reception. The dance floor was packed all night long, which is not an easy task when there are 250 people! We added on up lights, a monogram, and dancing on a cloud for our first dance, and that was executed perfectly. The video DJ booth with our photo on the front was just the icing on the cake! To this day we still have our guests telling us that our wedding was the most fun they’d ever had at a wedding, and that is all owed to the Soundwaves team!! Jim and Jacob did an AMAZING job for our wedding! From the music/microphones at our outdoor ceremony, to our crazy bridal party entrances, to having everyone on the dance floor all night long. We are SO happy that we used Soundwaves Event Group for our big day. Jim and Stacy were so great to work with on the days leading up and they played everything that we and our guests love. 10/10 recommend!!!
