Whether you are having a modern or traditional ceremony, we can help you plan your event with the perfect music for when your guest are being seated, parents being seated, you walking down the isle, and the recessional. The music is a very important part to setting the mood for the ceremony.

Cocktail Hour

Who doesn't love a cocktail hour? After all, it's the pre kickoff to the celebration and a chance to sample a wide variety of  and drinks while mingling with family and friends. This is the perfect time to set the mood for your reception with the perfect background music. You can choose anything to reflect your taste or we can help with the planning of the music. We can also provide sound if this is in a different location. Ask for more details.

The Reception

From the moment we get your guest pumped up and making noise to welcome you to your Huge Grand Entrance to the last dance of the evening, we’ll help create your wedding reception as you envisioned it. Our Entertainers will be dressed casual or formal depending on the style of the wedding.

SoundWaves will customize the entire reception to your taste and preferences. We can provide a tradition style wedding or a more modern, high energy, club atmosphere depending on your vision.  No matter what style you choose, our entertainers will keep your guest involved and dancing all night long!

We take all the stress of you so you can enjoy your wedding day. We coordinate with the venue, photographers, videographers, and guest to keep everyone on the same page. We take care of all the announcing and actually coordinate the event. We help you plan all the aspects of the reception to make sure everything flows smoothly from start to finish.

Our Entertainers are fully insured, utilize professional equipment, and carry back up equipment as well. We arrive early to set up and make sure we have music playing for when your first guest arrive. We also have wireless microphones for the toast and dinner blessing.
